Marlayna West (Malvich) joined the Senior Benefits team in November 2018. She began her healthcare career on the Carrier side in 2016 after completing her bachelor’s degree at Central Michigan University. Marlayna takes pride on assisting her clients navigate the Medicare and Health Insurance space while building trust and relationships with her clients throughout the year. Growing up with a Type 1 Diabetic mother she understands the importance of having the best coverage for each individuals’ specific needs.

Valerie is a dedicated Insurance Agent with a love for helping individuals navigate the complex world of Medicare and more. As a young girl, she was inspired by her uncle to have a passion for protecting families and how to be a great agent. She takes the time to listen and understand everyone’s unique needs and circumstances before offering tailored solutions. Serving in the insurance industry since 2009, Valerie also assists with Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care as well as Medicare and Under 65 health insurance plans. Valerie’s clients appreciate her patient and compassionate nature, as she goes above and beyond to address their concerns and alleviate any confusion they may have. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and staying active in her community.
